1. Blend together first 9 ingredients. Add wings, turning to coat. Cover
and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning often.
2. Discard marinade and bake at 350F on foil-lined baking sheet for 30 mins
until tender.
Can be marinated up to 1 day. Can be made ahead, frozen, and reheated in
oven. If desired, deep fry rather than bake.
