Seven-Minute White Frosting

Serves: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

2 Egg whites
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 ds Salt
1/3 c Water
2 tb Light corn syrup
1 ts Vanilla

Instructions:
Combine ingredients, except vanilla, in top of double boiler. Beat on high
speed over rapidly boiling water until mixture stands in peak. Remove top
of boiler from heat, add vanilla & beat. Spread over cooled cake. (Great
frosting for a coconut cake.)
