Shark Steaks (Tiburon Encuritido Frito)

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Or more of edible shark fill
- Cut into 1/4" thick steaks
- 1/4 c Lime or lemon juice, or more
- 1 ts Salt, or to taste
- 1/4 c Corn oil
Instructions:
Marinate the shark in the lime juice and salt for not less than 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a skillet over moderate heat. Drain the shark steaks well
and fry them for 1 minute on each side. Serve warm. Source: False Tongues
