Shrimp Au Gratin, Iii

Ingredients:
- 2 tb Butter or oleo
- 1 c Milk
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 c Sharp cheese, grated
- Buttered bread crumbss
- 3 tb Flour
- 1 ts Lea & Perrins sauce
- 1 Green onion, chopped fine
- 2 c Shrimp, cleaned, boiled
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk. Add seasonings, cheese and
shrimp. Place in casserole or ramekins. Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 325 F. about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Courtesy Telephone
