Shrimp with Garlic (Gaeng Kua Goong)

Ingredients:
- 4 tb Vegetable oil
- 4 Cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 lb Medium shrimp, shelled &
- -deveined
- 14 oz Coconut milk
- 15 oz Straw mushrooms, drained
- 1 ts Ground white pepper
- 2 tb Nam Pla (fish sauce)
- 4 tb Fresh cilantro
Instructions:
In a wok or medium deep pan with oil over medium heat, stir fry garlic
until golden brown. Add shrimp and stir for 3 minutes. Add the coconut
milk, straw mushrooms, white pepper and fish sauce. Cook for about 10 more
minutes or until shrimp is cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Note: 10 minutes may be too long for shrimp.
