Mix garlic & salt. Cream butter. Add garlic & salt, bread crumbs,
seasonings, parsley & sherry. Place alternate layers of shrimp & bread
crumb mixture in buttered baking dish or individual shells or ramekins.
Bake in hot oven 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8.

3/4 c Butter
1 c Bread crumbs
Cayenne pepper
Paprika
4 tb Chopped parsley
1/4 c Good sherry wine
3 lb Shrimp; boiled & peeled
