Beer Bread #2

Ingredients:
- 3 c Flour
- 2 1/4 ts Salt
- 12 oz Beer
- 3 3/4 ts Baking powder
- 1 tb Honey

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a (9"x5"x3") loaf pan. Mix the
flour, salt and baking powder together in a large bowl. Add the beer and
honey. Stir together until well mixed. Spread the batter in the prepared
loaf pan(s). Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out
clean (about 45 minutes). Turn out on a cooling rack. Cool completely
before slicing.
