Sourdough Corn Fritters

Ingredients:
- 1 Recipe "Sourdough Pancake"
- -batter
- 1 c Cornmeal
- 1 c Defrosted corn kernels
Instructions:
MAKES 4 DOZEN FRITTERS
These are wonderful. Mix 1 cup cornmeal along with 1 cup defrosted corn
kernels with the "Sourdough Pancake" batter recipe. Allow the mixture to
sit for 1 hour before cooking.
Drop balls of batter about the size of a walnut into fat that is heated
to 375ø. Cook until they float and are golden brown. Turn each one several
times. Do not put too many into the fat at once.
