Sourdough Flapjacks

Ingredients:
- 1 c Sourdough starter
- 2 c Lukewarm water
- 2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
- 2 lg Eggs, well beaten
- 2 tb Sugar
- 1/3 c Half and Half
- 2 tb Cooking oil
- 1 ts Soda
Instructions:
Mix starter, water and flour in bowl; keep overnight. Stir in
remaining ingredients the next morning. Let mixture bubble 10
minutes. Bake on griddle, using 1/4 cup batter for each cake.
