Combine instant coffee, sugar and 2 cups boiling water; stir in brandy.
Pour into 2 bottles; add vanilla bean to each bottle. Seal and let age for
at least 30 days. Yields 2 fifths.
2 oz Instant Coffee
3 1/2 c Sugar
2 1/4 c Brandy
1 Vanilla Bean -- cut in half
