Saute onion and green pepper in margarine until tender. Add flour and salt
and cook 2 minutes. Gradually stir in Half & Half and stir until smooth.
Add nutmeg and mustard. Gradually add egg yolks, stirring constantly. Add
drained, flaked crabmeat. Cook 5 minutes. Serve in individual baked patty
shells and garnish with fresh mushrooms and parsley. From "The Southern
