Southwest Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 pk Success Rice, cooked
- -according to package
- -directions
- 3 lb Chicken pieces
- 2 ts Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 1/2 c Chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cn Tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 tb Wyler's Chicken-Flavor
- -Instant Bouillon
- 1 tb Chili powder
- 1 ts Garlic powder
- 1 ts Paprika
- 1/4 ts Ground cumin
Instructions:
In a large non-stick skillet, brown chicken in oil; remove from
skillet. Cook peppers and onion until tender-crisp. Stir in remaining
ingredients and chicken. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and
simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
Refrigerate leftovers.
