Combine ham, mustard, mayonnaise, cinnamon, garlic and butter in bowl; mix
well. Add peppercorns gradually to desired taste. PAck mixture into oiled 4
cup mold. Chill until firm. Serve with crackers or party bread or use as
stuffing for fresh vegetables.
4 c Minced Baked Ham
2 tb Dijon mustard
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Cinnamon
1 Garlic clove, crushed
2 tb Unsalted butter, softened
Crushed water-pack green
-peppercorns to taste
