1. Preheat oven to 375^ degrees. 2. Drop the shrimp into a paper bag
filled with the crumbs, flour, and spices. Shake the bag to coat the
shrimp, and arrange shrimp in a shallow baking pan. 3. Combine the butter
and mustard and dribble the mixture over the shrimp. Bake for 20 minutes.
1 lb Medium-Size Shrimp; peeled
1 c Healthy Bread Crumbs (index)
1 c Flour
4 ts Onion Powder
2 ts Chili Powder
1/2 ts Garlic Powder
1/2 ts Basil
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Cayenne Pepper
4 tb Butter; melted
1 tb Tangy Mustard or Dijon
