Spinach Mold Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 pk (3 Oz) Lemon Gelatin
- 1 3/4 c Boiling Water
- 3 dr Tobasco Sauce
- 3 tb Vinegar
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 pk Frozen Chopped Spinach;
- -Uncooked
- 2/3 c Diced Celery
- 2 tb Chopped Onion
- Salt And Pepper; To Taste
- 1 1/2 c Small curd cottage cheese
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin in the 1 3/4 cup. boiling water. Add the next 7
ingredients, then fold in the cottage cheese. Pour into a 6-cup mold.
Refrigerate until set.
