Stir-Fried Chicken and Broccoli with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 3 tb Olive oil
- 1 1/4 lb Skinless, boneles chicken
- Breasts; in 1" pieces
- 2 c Broccoli florets
- 2 Cl Garlic; minced
- 6 Oil-packed sun-dried tomato
- Halves; drained/chopped
- 1 ts Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Recipe by: 365 Ways to Wok/R.Banghart In a Wok, heat 1 1/2 T. olive oil
over High heat until hot, swirling to coa sides of pan. Add chicken and
stir-fry until meat is white throughout, but still juicy, about 3 minutes.
Remove to plate. In same wok, heat remaining 1/2 T. oil over Medium-High
heat. Add broccoli and stir fry until crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic
and cook 1 minute longer. Return chicken to wok. Add sun-dried tomatoes,
hot sauce and pepper. Cook, stirrin for 1 minute. Serve hot.
