Melt chocolate & butter over hot water. Cool slightly. Beat eggs until
foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition. Blend in
chocolate mixture. Stir in flour; add vanilla & nuts. Spread in greased
9x13-inch pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 325. Cool. Yields 30 brownies.
