Whip cream and fold into mayonnaise. Mix in chicken and pineapple; toss
lightly. Lightly toast almonds in oven. Place one serving of chicken
salad on lettuce and top with almonds.
3 c Chicken, cooked & diced
1/2 c Mayonnaise

1 c Pineapple chunks, chopped
1/2 c Slivered almonds
