In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion, bell pepper,
pimento, pickle relish and egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If
desired, thin with a little milk or half and half. If made ahead, cover and
refrigerate for up to 1 week. Makes about 1 3/4 cups. Recipe from Sunset
