Super Crab-A-Tizers

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 1/2 c Chopped green pepper
- Vegetable oil
- 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cn (120g each) Crab meat,
- Drained
- 1 cn (10oz/284ml) Mushrooms,
- Drained, chopped
- 16 Dare Breton crackers,
- Crushed
- 8 Eggs, beaten
Instructions:
In large saucepan saute onion and green pepper in small amount of hot oil
until tender; remove from heat. Add cheese, crab meat, mushrooms and
cracker crumbs to pan; toss well. Stir in beaten eggs. Spoon mixture into
greased miniature muffin pans or tart tins. Bake in 350F (180C) oven for 15
minutes or until done. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
