Works well in 1-1/2# Regal breadmaker
Use: sweet cycle if possible
Here is a recipe I got from my old Swedish Aunt. She used to make it by
hand/memory and I asked her to write the recipe down for me.
1 c Water
1 tb Butter
2 tb Molasses
2 tb Orange Rind; grated
2 tb Brown Sugar
2 tb Powdered Milk
1 ts Salt
1 tb Gluten
1 c Rye flour; pumperknickel
2 c Bread Flour
1 1/2 ts Yeast
1 Servings
