Sweet and Sour Bean Stew

Ingredients:
- 3 oz Navy beans; cooked
- 3 oz Basmati rice; cooked
- 1 1/2 oz Butternut squash; cubed
- 1 1/2 oz Onion; chopped
- 1 1/2 oz Raisins
- 1 tb Safflower oil
- 1/2 ts Thyme
- 1/2 ts Garlic; minced
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Set on stove over medium heat
for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally. Serve
at room temperature.
