Combine juice and cornstarch, cook until thickened. Remove from heat and
add rest of ingredients except turkey. Can be made ahead to this point.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place skinless turkey in oven proof casserole.
Spread sauce over turkey and bake, basting occasionally until done about 1
hour.
3/4 c Orange juice
1 tb Cornstarch
1/3 c Chutney, mango
2 tb Cider vinegar
2 tb Brown sugar
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 ts Dried basil
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 lb Skinless turkey light meat,
