Bib Lettuce with Salsa Dressing

Serves: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

2 sm Or one large head Bibb
-lettuce torn
1 c Sour cream
3/4 c Chunky salsa
Carrot curls for garnish

Instructions:
Mix salsa with juice with the sour cream thoroughly. Allow to sit for at
least 1/2 hour then serve with Bibb lettuce and carrot curls on top. Easy
but, very tasty.
