Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Add sieved cottage cheese and
other ingredients. Spoon into 6-cup mold and chill in refrigerator until
firm. Yield: 6 servings.

1 cn (20-oz) crushed pineapple
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 ts Horseradish
1 c Whipped cream
Green pepper or pimiento;
