Preheat oven to 350øF, prepare pans. Melt the butter with the honey, golden
syrup & cloves until the mixture dissolves; set aside to cool. Mix the
flours, seeds & baking powder together. Add the dry mix to the wet mix
until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins. Sprinkle tops with
sesame or poppy seeds if desired. This is a super-healthy muffin. Makes 12.
