Cook rice acording to package instructions and set aside to cool. Mix
togetheroils, tamari, vinegar, rice syrup, garlic and peppers. Toss mixture
with rice, vegetables and cashews. Chill and serve. Yield: 6-8 servings.
1 1/2 c Lundberg Black Japonica

1/2 c Each:
Bell pepper, green -- diced
Bell pepper, red -- diced
1/2 c Carrots -- grated
1/2 c Celery -- chopped
1/2 c Onion, green -- chopped
1 tb Sesame oil
2 tb Canola oil
2 tb Tamari
1/4 c Rice vinegar
1/4 c Lundberg Sweet Dreams Brown
Rice Syrup
1 ts Garlic granules
1 ts Red pepepr, dried --
Crushed
1/4 c Cashews; toasted -- chopped
