Thai Steamed Herbed Mussels

Ingredients:
- 2 kg Mussels
- 1 c Basil leaves
- 4 Green onions
- -----dipping sauce-----
- 1/2 c Lemon juice
- Lemon grass; optional
- 2 tb Fish sauce
- 1 ts Sugar
- 2 Coriander leaves; chopped
- 3 Cl Garlic
- 1 ts Red pepper flakes
Instructions:

by steaming them along with the basil and green onions.
Blend the ingredients for the sauce with enough warm water to make a dippin
sauce and serve with the mussels.
