- 1 bn Cilantro, chopped fine
- 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 ts Cumin
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 Garlic clove, chopped fine
- 1 c Lemon juice
- 1/2 Onion, chopped fine
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and serve
