Combine tomatoes, broth, minced onion, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and
pepper in container of electric blender. Blend well. Add oil; beat 1 second
longer. Serve thoroughly chilled, garnished with parsley flakes and sliced
cucumber rolled in paprika. Yield: 4 cups.
1 cn (28-oz) tomatoes
1/2 c Cold chicken broth
2 tb Instant minced onion
1 tb Paprika
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Ground black pepper
2 tb Olive oil
Parsley flakes
Thinly sliced cucumber
