Put avocado in blender or food processor. Mix with mayonnaise, add lemon or
lime juice, onion juice, worcestershire sauce, and salt. Peel 3 large
tomatoes, slice and arrange on lettuce leaves. Pour dressing over tomatoes
and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serves 4.
