Alabama Corn Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 c Sour cream
- 1 c Cream style corn (white or
- -yellow)
- 3 Eggs; well beaten
- 1 c Self-rising corn meal
- 1 pn Salt
- 1/2 c Cooking oil
Instructions:

Beat eggs well. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased
muffin tins, cornstick pans, or regular corn bread pan. Bake at 450 degrees
until test done. Hint: for best results use a wisk.
