Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients:
- 1 cn Black beans, drained and
- -rinsed (can use othet
- -types, I like black eyed
- -peas also) (up to 2)
- 1 cn Mexicali corn or regular
- -corn kernels
- 1 Jar your favorite salsa
- Fresh cilantro
- Fresh lime
- Cumin
Instructions:
Drain and rinse corn and beans and combine. Add about 1 cup of salsa, more
or less depending on how runny you like it. Mix in about 2 tablespoons of
chopped cilantro, juice of one lime, and probably a teaspoon of cumin.
Chill, and eat as a side dish, or use as a dip with baked chips. This is
always a hit, and the spices and ratios can be adapted to whatever you have
on hand. you can also had some chopped onion or green pepper, or some
jalapenos if you like.
