Tuna-Avacado Mold

Ingredients:
- 2 Envelopes unflavored
- -gelatin; prepared as
- -directed
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 cn (10.5-oz) cream of celery
- -soup
- 1/4 c Lemon juice
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 cn (7-oz) tuna
- 1 c Diced celery
- 1/2 c Chopped avacado
- 1/2 c Chopped pimiento
Instructions:
Combine gelatin, mayonnaise, soup, juice and salt. Chill until slightly
thick. Add tuna, celery, avacado and pimiento. Chill until firm.
