Turkey Crunch Casserole

Ingredients:
- 3 c Chopped turkey; diced
- 2 Hard-boiled eggs; chopped
- 1 cn Mushroom pieces
- 3/4 c Celery; diced
- 1/2 c Almonds; blanched, slivered
- 1 tb Onion; chopped
- 1 cn Cream of chicken soup;
- -condensed
- 3/4 c Mayonnaise
- Chow mein noodles or potato
- -chips
Instructions:
Mix together first 6 incredients. Stir soup into mayonaise. toss with
turkey mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake in
350° oven 30 min or until mixture is bubbly
