Turkey Framboise

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Cooked turkey; shredded
- 3 tb Fresh basil; chopped
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
- 3 tb Lemon juice
- 1/2 c Olive oil
- 3 c Long grain rice; cooked
- 1 c Wild rice; cooked
- 1 Green bell pepper; chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper; chopped
- 1/2 c Red onion; chopped
- 3/4 c Black olive; sliced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
In blender, combine basil, Parmesan and lemon juice. With motor running,
slowly add olive oil to make a creamy dressing. Combine remaining
ingredients in a bowl. Add dressing and toss gently with a fork to blend.
