Saute turkey in large nonstick skillet over high heat until browned, about
5 minutes, stirring with fork to break up clumps. Drain any fat from
skillet. Stir in chilies, seasoning mix and water; cook over high heat
until liquid is evaporated.
To serve: Divide meat mixture among plates. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and
cheese. Serve with chips.
