Tuscany Chicken #1

Ingredients:
- Chicken (Thighs; breasts,
- -whatever boneless &
- -skinless is best)
- Mushrooms (we use quite a
- -few)
- 1 -(up to)
- 2 cn Watties (depends on how much
- -Chicken) Italian style
- -tomatoes (the herbed ones)
- 1 Onion; sliced
- Green olives
- Flour
- Seasonings
Instructions:

put flour & seasonings in an oven bag with the chicken & shake to coat.
Brown in a little oil in a large high sided frying pan (a big electric is
best) Add tomatoes, onion & olives cover and leave to simmer until cooked
through
serve with cooked pasta spirals tossed in olive oil and you favorite herb.
