Ultimate Leftover Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 lb (1 stick) unsalted butter,
- -melted
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 2 c Sugar
- 1 c Raisins
- 1 c Shredded cocunut
- 1 c Chopped pecans
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 1/2 ts Nutmeg
- 4 c Milk (3 c. if using fresh
- -bread)
- 6 c Stale bread (any kind), torn
- -into 1 inch cubes (up to 8)
Instructions:
Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Set oven rack in lower third of oven. Preheat oven:
350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients, may be soupy. Pour into baking dish.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes until top is golden brown.
