Uncooked Chocolate Squares

Ingredients:

1 pk Chocolate chips
1/2 c Peanut butter
1 tb Butter
1 ts Coffee mixed with water to
Make 1/3 cup.
1 1/2 c Icing sugar
1 Egg beaten
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Graham crackers, broken in
sm Pieces.

Instructions:
Melt chips, peanut butter, and butter together. Add coffee mixture and
icing sugar. Mix well and let cool. Add beaten egg, vanilla and graham
crackers. Spread in 8x8" pan. Cover and refrigerate. When cool, ice
with chocolate icing.
