Vegetable Ham Hash

Ingredients:
- 1 tb Oil
- 2 c Diced ham
- 2 tb Minced onion
- 1 sm Package frozen mixed veggies
- 1 c Diced frozen hasb browned
- -- potatoes
Instructions:
Heat oil; brown ham and onion in heavy skillet. Add 1/2 cup boiling water
and vegetables; cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer until
vegetables are just tender, about 6 to 10 minutes. Do not overcook
vegetables.
