Vegetable Herb Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 1/8 c Water
- 1 tb Butter or margarine
- 1/3 c Diced onion
- 1 1/2 ts Sugar
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Black pepper
- 1 ts Sage
- 2 ts Dried thyme
- 1/3 c Diced celery, including
- -leafy top
- 3 c Bread flour
- 2 ts Rapid or quick yeast
Instructions:

Yield: 1 1/2 lb loaf
Note: It is a wonderful, spicy, light-textured and colored bread which can
be used for leftover turkey sandwiches. Watch dough for moisture.
