Ingredients:
- 1 c Arrugula
- 2 Belgian endives
- 1 Head radicchio
Instructions:

1/2 c Walnut oil
1/2 c Olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tb Chopped walnuts
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
1 ts Dijon mustard
Wash, clean, and dry vegetables. Chop and toss together. Directions for
Dressing: Blend all ingredients together and toss with salad.
