Victor Salad

Ingredients:

1 Head iceberg lettuce
2 Eggs; hard cooked and
-roughly chopped
2 md Tomatoes; (cut in 8ths)

Instructions:
---------------------------VICTOR SALAD DRESSING---------------------------
6 oz Vegetable oil
2 oz White vinegar
1 tb Sugar
2 tb Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 pn Basil
1 pn Oregano
Salt and white pepper
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese; broken

Core and tear lettuce. Tear with hands. Toss with eggs and tomato. Pour
dressing on salad. Directions for salad dressing: Mix all ingredients
together.
