Vinegared Ginger Slices

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ginger
- 1/4 c Vinegr
- 1 tb Sugar
- Salt
Instructions:
Peel and slice ginger as thin as possible. Combine the vinegar, sugar and
salt to taste. Heat the liquid mixture to a boil, stirring for 1 minute, to
make sure the sugar has dissolved. Place ginger in a bowl and pour hot
vinegar on top. Cover and allow to cool. Chill before serving.
Tjis recipe will keep refrigerated for several weeks. If you want a deeper
pink, add food coloring.
