Directions:

Welbilt 'The Bread Machine' white bread cycle

Ingredients:

2 1/2 ts Yeast; (7G)
2 1/4 c Bread Flour; (188G)
3/4 c Whole Wheat Flour; (132G)
1 1/2 ts Salt; (7G)
1 1/2 tb Sugar; (13G)
1 1/2 tb Powdered Milk; (12G)
4 1/2 ts Butter; (15G)
1 1/2 c Warm Water; Less
3 tb Warm Water; (300G)
