White Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 tb BUtter
- 2 tb FLour
- 1 c MIlk
- 1/2 ts SAlt
- 1/4 ts PEpper
Instructions:
In a bowl wisk flour, salt, pepper and milk. Put mixture in the top of a
double boiler. Add butter, stirring constantly. Bring slowly to a boil and
cook about 2 minutes.
