White Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 tb Margarine
- 2 tb All-purpose flour
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1 c Skim milk
Instructions:
Heat margarine in 1 1/2 qt. nonstick saucepan over low heat. stir in
flour,salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until
margarine is absorbed; remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk. Heat to
boiling stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. About 1 cup.
