White Snow Frosting

Ingredients:

- 1 Egg white
- 1/4 c Shortening
- 1/4 c Butter
- 1/2 ts Coconut extract
- 1/2 ts Vanilla
- 2 c Confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
Cream together egg white, shortening and butter and extracts until well
blended. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating until fluffy.
