DRESSING
1/3 c Plain Yogurt
2 tb Lemon Juice
1 tb Honey
1/2 ts Curry Powder
1 ds Ground Cinnamon
In salad bowl, toss together salad ingredients. In small mixing bowl
combine dressing ingredients, mixing well. Spoon over the salad and toss.
Garnish with sesame seeds, raw sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts. Serve
immediately.
Variations:
*substitute lettuce for spinach
8 oz Spinach; Leaves Torn
1 Apple; Cut Into 1/2" Cubes
1 Pear; Cut Into 1/2" Cubes
1 Stalk Celery; Coarsely
